On November 24, 2025, Leoco marked a significant milestone with the successful groundbreaking of our new factory in Indonesia. The following is the speech delivered by Ms. Sabrina Ho, President of Leoco Corporation.

Dear guests, CMP team friends, and all our Leoco Indonesia family:

Good morning, everyone.

Today is a meaningful and hopeful day for Leoco.

Here, we officially break ground for our new Leoco Indonesia factory and open a new chapter in our development in this country.

For Leoco Group, the Indonesian market has never been just an “overseas production site.”

Thirty years ago, we planted our first seed here.

From simple wire harness assembly, we’ve grown together with this country’s industry and local talent.

Today, we once again show our commitment to Indonesia through real action —

This new factory is not only part of our global strategy to handle tariff changes,

It’s also a strong sign of our long-term plan to grow deeper roots and serve the local market.

For Leoco, this new factory is an addition, not a replacement.

It won’t replace any existing production — instead, it will expand our capabilities.

The value of our Indonesia team will grow even more.

Next year happens to be the 30th anniversary of Leoco Indonesia,

And the completion of this smart new factory will be the best gift to mark that milestone.

We are not just building a plant here.

We are building the future:

  • A modern site with smart manufacturing, green energy-saving buildings, and solid safety systems;
  • A workplace that attracts local talent and offers better quality of life for employees;
  • A platform to bring Leoco’s R&D strength, quality standards, and customer commitment into new areas.

Leoco will keep focusing on our core business, keep investing in R&D, and keep making better products. That belief will never change.

This new factory will be a key driver for our next milestone.

And this is also the time for Leoco’s global teams to work as one strong team:

Our Suzhou R&D team will give technical support and creative design.

Our U.S. operations team will stay close to customers, track market trends, and help manage shipping schedules.

Our Indonesia manufacturing team will focus on improving production efficiency, product quality, and cost control.

Together, these three locations form a strong triangle — each doing its part, helping each other, and creating maximum value for our customers.

This is also how we unlock a new chapter for Leoco’s future.

We’re also very thankful to the CMP team.

Even under tight budget and schedule pressure, you chose to partner with us and help make this dream real.

Our expectation is simple: quality first, safety first, and efficiency matters.

But more importantly, this project is the foundation for Leoco’s next 100 years.

We hope that by this time next year, we’ll hear the machines running, and see products shipping out from here to customers all around the world.

I believe that moment will be the first chapter of what we call the “Indonesia Miracle.”
